William Greene brings two decades across development finance, renewable energy transaction advisory, and frontier-market investment. Most recently, he served as Investment Director at Norfund's Ukraine Investment Fund, sourcing and structuring the fund's earliest renewable and infrastructure transactions.

Earlier, he led Tetra Tech's Sustainable Energy Finance practice in EMEA and headed the solar and energy storage practice at Multiconsult. His track record spans more than thirty countries and mandates from IFC, EBRD, KfW, Norad, and USAID.
